Everyone wants the iOS 4.2.1 or 4.3 Untethered Jailbreak for iPhone 4, iPod Touch, and iPad to be released, but the iPhone Dev Team keeps delaying and delaying. Comex himself has said that he may be waiting for the Verizon iPhone official release date in February to release the jailbreak, or the iOS 4.3 Official Release date to the public. Verizon iPhone Predictions: 1-11-2011

The Verizon iPhone has received huge hype over the past three years, and I think finally we may be seeing it tomorrow, January 11th, 2011. Multiple reliable news sources are pointing to this as the release date, and I myself think that the Verizon iPhone or the iPad 2 are going to be released at this conference- Verizon planned it off schedule so it is probably going to be an announcement for something big. Verizon iPhone 4 Coming January 11th? And iPad 2 February 3rd?

Multiple sources are now saying that the iPhone 4 will be announced for Verizon on January 11th, as well as that the iPad 2 Will be revealed on February 3rd. Much speculation has been surrounding this hype, and just yesterday, the Wall Street Journal said that they have extremely strong insight that these devices will be released on these dates. We are almost certain that the iPad 2 will be coming anyway, so there is no speculation there, but the Verizon iPhone 4 is still uncertain; however, one reader has pointed out that Verizon Wireless is now offering "iOS" as an option for a smartphone operating system on their website. This may still just be due to the current iPad located at Verizon Wireless, but we never know-this could be hinting at something. Stay tuned next week for a full review of what is released at this date!

Hands-On Review of the Mac App Store: A Good Innovation by Apple

Yesterday, Apple released the App Store for Mac. Below you can find my full video review of the App Store, as well as a few of my thoughts regarding the store itself. I think that the App Store for Mac is great because now we have one universal way of keeping all of our apps up to date on our computers without much effort. Also, this App Store makes it much easier for developers to get their apps out there to the public. However, there are two flaws that I can see. First off, Apple needs to allow the store to go to PC's. There are many more PC users out there, and that would greatly increase revenue. Secondly, Apple needs to allow mainstream apps, like Photoshop and Office into the store, as that would make it much more user-oriented. Overall though, this is a good start.

4G LTE Smartphones / Tablets, But No Verizon iPhone? Verizon CES 2011

Many people have been waiting around for a very long time for the Verizon iPhone to come about, and it seems as though Apple has not come through on their end. Today, Verizon held their CES conference for 2011, and they did not even mention a word about the Verizon iPhone. Does this mean that the idea is completely far-fetched? I don't think so. In the video below, I discuss what was released at the conference, and further thoughts on the iPhone for Verizon. Possibly Apple will release it around Valentine's Day at their own event, but at this point, likely evidence is pointing to the device getting released around June, like usual. What do you think?
