According to Forbes and other websites like the International Business Times, the iPhone 5S is supposed to be released on September 20th, along with the iPhone 6 a few weeks later. The editor of IBT makes this rumor prediction, and it seems accurate. These are supposed to be great devices- one a regular new iPhone, and the other a budget iPhone.
