iOS 7 Beta 4 Delayed: Apple Developer Center Hacked (Update)

The release of iOS 7 Beta 4 along with the latest beta release of OSX Mavericks have been delayed from their original release date, July 22nd, 2013, due to the Apple Developer Center being hacked.
