Jailbreak iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch: Top Tweaks for 4.2.1 / 4.3

I have been messing around with my Jailbroken iPod Touch for some time now, and so I decided to do a review of a few of my top Tweaks for the 4.2.1 and 4.3 Firmwares for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. These are all available in Cydia, and I think they add some cool functionality and visual effects to the devices. Check out the video after the break.
