How to Install Siri Dictation on iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G, iPad (Siri0us)

Ever since the introduction of the iPhone 4S, every iDevice user has been longing for the goodness of Siri, the extremely hyped-up voice recognition system that Apple has touted as being revolutionary. However, Apple has made it extremely clear that the older iDevice below the 4S will most certainly not be getting the feature. Recently, however, the jailbreak community has discovered a way to install Siri Dictation on the older iDevices, such as the iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4, and iPad (ironically not that old).
