How to Jailbreak iOS 9.3.1: Mojo (Cydia Alternative)

So, as you all probably know, to this point there has been no jailbreak for iOS 9.3.1 released, and we are all getting a little low on our expectations of having one released in the next few weeks (trust me, they are working on it, but I know the feeling of waiting can get annoying). In researching ways to get jailbreak apps and tweaks on my device while I wait for the jailbreak for iOS 9.3.1, I came across an awesome application called Mojo. Mojo is basically a Cydia alternative, and frankly, it works just like Cydia does - you can add sources to the application and download and install non-apple applications on your device!
